Врикшасана. Как правильно делать Позу Дерева?



Врикшасана (поза дерева) — асана приводит в тонус мышцы ног, даёт ощущение устойчивости и равновесия, как и все позы стоя устраняет плоскостопие, хорошо раскрывает тазобедренные суставы, снимает напряжение с поясницы, развивает концентрацию внимания, укрепляет все кости скелета.
