Дандасана. Поза посоха, Азбука йоги (Урок 3)



Видео для тех, кто хочет начать заниматься, но не знает с чего начать. Асана, с которой рекомендую начать — Дандасана. Перевод с санскрита: «Поза посоха (палки)». Эта поза основа для многих асан сидя. Терапевтический эффект улучшение осанки, укрепление мышц спины и живота, а также вытяжение задней поверхности ног.
