Меня часто спрашивают, сколько времени занимает моя практика йоги. Всегда по-разному.
В те дни, когда надо выйти из дома рано, я практикую около двух часов. Если никуда не тороплюсь, то три часа. В выходные дни и праздники практикую ещё больше).
