Когда на занятие по йоге отведено всего полтора часа, а ты только входишь во вкус, надо остаться после и продолжить!
Практика йоги включает в себя разминку, настройку, асаны, пранаяму и шавасану. Но иногда хочется просто растянуться! Если попросить помощника, то можно прочувствовать и выполнить то, что не получается самостоятельно.
