Сарвангасана — королева асан. Где «сарва» – все и «анга» – часть тела.
Вариант Сарвангасаны со стопами на стене — более терапевтический. Тут лучше всего изолируется верх грудины, меньше возможных вариантов компенсаций и проще всего добраться до вытяжения позвоночника.
