Стойка на плечах перевернутая асана саламба сарвангасана йога для начинающих



Видео урок йоги для начинающих стойка на плечах делаем в домашних условиях. Облегченный вариант позы саламба сарвангасана.

Техника выполнения

  • Плотнее подвигаемся к стенке
  • Поднимаем ноги на стену
  • Чтобы усложнить упражнение — сгибаем ноги и опираемся на стенку
  • Отрываем таз от пола и поддерживаем тело руками
  • Отрываем одну ногу. Вытягиваем вверх

Держим 5-10 секунд. Далее аккуратно меняем ноги. Попеременно делаем несколько раз.
