Перед выполнением сурья намаскар отбрось все мысли и сделай небольшую медитацию. 3-4 глубоких вдоха достаточно, чтобы расслабиться. Во время комплекса приветствие солнцу следи за дыханием. Практика будет эффективнее, если ты правильно делаешь вдох и выдох в асанах. Если устала, сделай небольшой перерыв, попей воды или чай. Это поможет сбросить напряжение, которое накопилось за практику.
