Как сделать уддияна бандху?
Центр тела — это пространство на позвоночнике за пупком. В этом месте диафрагма и большие поясничные переплетаются и работают они всегда вместе. И главная задача — научиться контролировать места крепления мышц. И вот там, за пупком, диафрагма как раз и крепится к позвоночнику. И делая простое действие, подтягивая пупок к позвоночнику, мы приводим в тонус диафрагму.
